yesterday i smoked 3 packs of cigarettes, that's 60 total smokes.

today i've smoked a big fat 0-ZERO-0!!!

i suggest that you don't make any sudden movements, i'm rather tense, dizzy, tingly, confused and you're not safe until the worst of nicotine withdrawal subsides.

i just picked up this book yesterday, have only read the first 3 chapters last night and had my first fully aware multi-orgasmic experience.
